{"id":3443,"date":"2022-05-11T09:29:21","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T06:29:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eniath.gr\/paratathike-eos-31-12-2022-i-prothesmia-katachorisis-anelkystiron-tis-choras\/"},"modified":"2024-11-06T15:38:51","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T13:38:51","slug":"paratathike-eos-31-12-2022-i-prothesmia-katachorisis-anelkystiron-tis-choras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eniath.gr\/en\/paratathike-eos-31-12-2022-i-prothesmia-katachorisis-anelkystiron-tis-choras\/","title":{"rendered":"THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION OF ELEVATORS IN THE COUNTRY HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 31.12.2022!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It is recalled that the plan of the new KYA that will govern the operation, maintenance and inspection of the installed elevators was recently submitted to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pomida.gr \/newspost.php?nsl=se-dimosia-diaboyleysi-i-nea-kya-gia-toys-anelkystires\"><strong>public consultation<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The text of the relevant decision is as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Article 1<\/ p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The deadline of par. 2 of article 15 of the under items F.A\/9.2\/oc. 28425\/1245\/22.12.2008 of the decision of the Ministers of Economy and Finance &#8211; Development &#8211; Environment, Spatial Planning and Public Works: &#8220;Completion of provisions regarding the installation, operation, maintenance and safety of elevators&#8221; (B&#8217; 2604), as this article was amended with article 1 of no. 68781\/28.06.2019 (B&#8217; 2760) decision of the Ministers of Economy and Development &#8211; Environment and Energy &#8220;Amendment of F.A\/9.2\/ o. with the installation, operation, maintenance and safety of the elevators&#8221;, within which the owners or managers or their legal representatives are required to have completed the prescribed registration procedure of the installed elevators, extends from its expiration until December 31 2022.<\/p>\n<p> \/9.2\/oc. 28425\/1245\/22.12.2008 joint ministerial decision &#8220;Completing provisions regarding the installation, operation, maintenance and safety of elevators&#8221; (\u0392&#8217;\u00a02604).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The the validity of this decision begins from its publication in the Government Gazette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This decision be published in the Government Gazette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Athens, May 3, 2022<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Ministers<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Development and Investments SPYRIDON &#8211; ADONIS GEORGIADIS<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Deputy Minister of Environment and Energy NIKOLAOS TAGARAS<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">With the decree numbered 45059\/6.5.2022 of the Ministers of Development and Energy (Government Gazette B\u03842230), one more request of POMIDA, which was presented through the Working Group for the Elevators of YPAN in which it has been participating for a number of years, together with all the agencies involved.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Specifically<strong>it was extended for another year (until 31.12.2022 ) the deadline for registration of the installed elevators of the country&#8217;s buildings, which had expired on 31.12.2021. It is recalled that the registration process presupposes the inspection of the installed lifts by a recognized body, the performance of the upgrade works and the re-inspection, and finally their legal registration.
