Amendment of POL 1162\/2018<\/a> of the decision of the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority “Submission of Real Estate Lease Information Statement using an electronic method of communication via the Internet” (B’ 3579).<\/p>\n

Whereas:<\/p>\n

  1. a) The para. 4 of article 15 of Law 4174\/2013<\/a>(A’ 170) on the provision of information by third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    b) The Chapter A’ of Part One of n. 4389\/2016<\/a> “Urgent provisions for the implementation of the agreement on fiscal goals and structural reforms and other provisions” (A’ 94) and in particular of article 7, paragraph 1 of article 14 and article 41 thereof.<\/a> p><\/p>\n

    c) The under data D. ORG. A 1125859 EX 2020\/ 23.10.2020 decision of the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority “Organization of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE)” (\u0392’ 4738).<\/p>\n

    1. No. 1\/20.01.2016 act of the Council of Ministers “Selection and appointment of the General Secretary of the General Secretariat of Public Revenue of the Ministry of Finance” (Y.O.D.D. 18), in conjunction with the provisions of the first paragraph of para. 10 of article 41 of Law 4389\/2016 and the decisions under no. 39\/3\/30.11.2017 (Y.O.D.D. 689) of the Management Board of AADE and under no. 5294 EX 2020\/17.1.2020 (Y.O.D.D. 27). “Renewal of the term of office of the Governor of A.A.D.E.” (Y.O.DD.D. 689) and the under data 5294 EX of the Minister of Finance “Renewal of the term of office of the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority”.<\/li>\n
    2. The under data POL1162\/2018<\/a>decision of the Governor of AADE “Submission of Real Property Lease Information Statement using an electronic method of communication via the Internet” (\u0392’ 3579), as valid after its amendment with the following items A.1139\/2020<\/a> (B’ 2269), A.1243\/2020<\/a> (B’ 4914 ), A.1253\/2020<\/a> (B’ 5180), A. 1050\/2021<\/a> (B’ 956), A.1158\/2021<\/a> (B’ 2974), A.1170\/2021<\/a> (B’ 3548) and A.1255\/2021<\/a> (B’ 6053) decisions of the Governor of AADE.<\/li>\n
    3. The need to facilitate the obligees to correct inadvertent errors during the process of accepting or rejecting the “Covid Declarations”.<\/li>\n
    4. The fact that, from the provisions of this decision, no expense is incurred of the Budget of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), we decide:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Article 1<\/p>\n

      At the end of par. 4 of article 11 of POL 1162\/2018<\/a> decision of the Governor of A.A.D.E. (B’ 3579) a new paragraph is added as follows:<\/p>\n

      “Tenants who mistakenly rejected a “Covid Declaration” may until July 22 2022, to send to the email address diloseiscovid@aade.gr, Responsible Declaration of the law 1599\/1986<\/a>, in which they declare the revocation of the accidental rejection and the acceptance of the submitted “Covid Declaration”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Article 2<\/p>\n

      This decision to be published in the Government Gazette.<\/p>\n

      The possibility of revocation of the mistaken rejection of a COVID declaration on behalf of tenants or their tax experts is granted until July 22 by decision of the Governor of AADE, Mr.\u00a0Giorgos Pitsilis<\/strong>, in the context of AADE’s effort to complete the liquidation of pending matters, which unfortunately still exist, and the payment of all due compensations for rent reductions due to COVID, for the period 2020-2021.<\/strong> p><\/p>\n
